Special functions for the lubricant

The additives that fit best
A transmission without oil is like a tire without air - it won't run properly. Once the engine has started, the lubricant for the transmission has a lot to do. Especially under extreme external conditions, it will need more than just a basic oil.
For this reason, lubricants such as our Lifeguardfluid 9 are enhanced with additives that give the oil certain additional properties. For example, there are additives that change the consistency of the oil so that it has a similar viscosity at different temperature levels. The oil additives' functions are quite important for vehicles with e-motor, too.
In this video, I'll explain what this is all about. Take a look and learn about the different types of additives and what needs to be considered during operation!
